Using the People section

The Zero Harm Farm “People” area is a established zone in which people management can occur, the area allows Owners, Managers and Employees to be assigned and is the backbone to setting privileges and training. The below embedded video goes through this in detail and we recommend all users learn this area.

Hello and welcome to a Zero Harm Farm Tutorial,

In this video we will be looking at the people section and how to add and manage employees, Managers and Owners.

To begin with log into your Zero Harm Farm account at app.zeroharmfarm.com, I am currently on the dashboard

To access the people section, please click “People” on the left hand side.

Here you will see 3 tabs, one for “Employees”, one “mangers” and the other is “Owners” you will be able to browse through these sections and manage each area.

I will begin by clicking selecting “Employees” here you can a new Employee by searching their name. It is important to remember that you can ONLY search people who already have an account with app.zeroharmfarm.com. If you try adding someone who has not yet created an account, you will not be able to find them.

You will also be able to remove a employee by clicking on the remove button, this will provide a confirmation box to ensure that you want to do this but proceeding will remove that person from the list.

Simple!

The primary difference between Managers and Owners is privileges. Owners and Managers will naturally be able to have greater privileges over an employee but fundamentally the interface appear very much the Sam. You will not be able to remove yourself as you would run the risk of not having access to your account, so please be aware that removing a user will also remove their privileges and they may not be able to grant access to your account.
